I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor with many years experience working in a variety of contexts. I am also a Supervisor to other Therapists. I am qualified in Integrative Psychotherapy which enables me to work with many kinds of emotional difficulties. I have extensive experience of working with people in times of trauma and stress.
I have worked with people struggling with many different types of problems, including depression and anxiety. Therapy is an opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, to try to understand why you are feeling the way you are, to reflect together on what changes could take place so that you cope better and are more content with your life.
