I offer one-to-one therapy online or face-to-face (office in Bushey), depending on your needs and have experience working with a range of issues including: relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, bereavement, working with past trauma/abuse, as well as end of life counselling.
I trained primarily in Existential therapy. I believe the process of Existential therapy to be about finding our way back to ourselves, getting in touch with our values, making courageous, meaningful choices, and challenging ourselves to live with vitality.
