My name is Ben Adams (MBACP) and I work as a person centred therapist. I work face to face, online and by phone and like to think my flexibility both in the way I deliver and when I can do to allow you to fit in our sessions that best suit you. Life can be busy! My primary clinical focus is on depression, anxiety, feeling sad, low self-esteem, work-related issues, relationship issues and chronic pain. I work with warmth, compassion and provide a private, non-judgemental space that allows you to bring whatever you wish into the therapeutic space with specific focus on anxiety, depression , work related-issues and low self-esteem.
My sole focus is on you when you are with me, you control the space. Where you want to go, I will follow. Finding a therapist you trust is so important, certainly if you want to speak with absolute honesty and in trust (when I had therapy, this was the most important aspect for me, finding that right person where we would click) and I totally get this.
One thing about me I can say in sincerest honesty, whatever you bring, however you feel and whatever led you to counselling, I will walk alongside you, every step of the way.
