I’m a psychotherapist, lecturer & supervisor specialising in trauma and longer term therapy. I was the trauma lead for the counselling service of TfL for 6 years & currently teach psychotherapy at Regent’s University London. I integrate different approaches to therapy including EMDR, psychoanalytic and humanistic ways of working. A primary focus of the work tends to be on relationships, recognising patterns and exploring different ways to relate to yourself and others.
I have extensive experience in working with psychological trauma, with an emphasis on the need to create sufficient safety in treatment. I also have worked with many clients experiencing work stress and difficulties in their relationship.
