Hi, my name is Ben, I am an accredited counsellor who specialises in working with bereavement, loss and grief. I also work with issues such as anxiety, stress, anger, depression and drug and alcohol dependency. The goal is to help you feel capable of moving forward in life and finding ways to process and address the challenges life is bringing your way.
The direction of travel and the number of sessions required will be adapted to suit your needs. My role will be to help you process what you are going through, providing you with the right environment to talk through your experience and emotions with the utmost compassion and empathy.
