I have extensive experience in individual therapy and work with a wide range of people with their own personal difficulties, from depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, sexuality, abuse and more. My aim is to endeavour to walk alongside you throughout your journey, to help you to explore any experiences that have impacted you and to make sense of them.

I believe that our own experiences are unique to us and that in times of distress we need understanding, empathy and non-judgmental support.
