There can be many reasons why you are seeking out therapy. You may feel like you’re stuck in repetitive cycles of unwanted thoughts and feelings or your getting trapped in the same arguments with your partner. You may be struggling to cope with daily life and this has led to feelings of anxiety, low mood or low self-confidence. I aim to support you to unlock your potential through becoming more self-aware and to support you towards personal growth and change.
My main therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and I have found that it is a great tool to help you understand how unhelpful cycles arose, and how to break them. I feel passionate about supporting both individuals and couples to understand themselves and the unique journey they have been on.
Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming task. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss what you would like to work on and whether you think this is the right path for you.
