I’m a person centred counsellor who believes deeply in the power of genuine human connection. While I maintain professionalism, I also prioritise being relatable, warm, and “real” in the room. My aim is to meet people on a human level — creating a space where you can be yourself without pressure, judgement, or expectation.
I have a natural ability to connect with children, young people, and neurodivergent clients, and I value working with anyone who needs support, no matter their background or the issues they’re facing. Whether you’re struggling, feeling stuck, or just needing someone to listen, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I feel strongly that no one should ever feel alone. Many people worry that their problems aren’t “big enough,” or that they don’t deserve help — but you do. Everyone does. I offer a safe, supportive, and accepting space where you can explore who you are, express what you’re holding, and feel truly heard.
