My ideal clients are adults and young people (9+) navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, life transitions, or feeling 'stuck'. I also specialise in supporting those managing long-term chronic health conditions and chronic pain. Clients often come feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or struggling with identity shifts and educational or life pressures.
I offer a warm, safe, non-judgmental space where we work together at your own pace. I don't give advice; instead, I listen deeply to help you process your experiences, build self-confidence, regain clarity, and move forward with renewed balance.
Grounded in a person-centred approach, I offer tailored, confidential counselling. I bring 25 years of pastoral care and teaching experience (with L5 CYP training), alongside a degree in Biomedical Science and my own lived experience with chronic illness. This allows me to bridge emotional empathy with a practical, grounded understanding of health
