About
At Bedford Community Counselling, we offer low cost counselling, clinical supervision to professionals & placements to student counsellors. Run by senior Psychotherapists & Directors, Katja Fischer & Jo Moloney, BCC is a not for profit organisation. Since first opening in 2012 we have developed a reputation for excellence. We provide a fast response to enquiries & have a team of therapists which means we can usually offer session times quickly. We are an experienced general practice, able to work with individuals, couples & groups on a wide variety of issues, and also offer specialist trauma and DIT relational therapies.
We understand that these are frightening & difficult times and you may be suffering with past problems or current issues as an individual or in your relationships. Therapy can offer a safe space to talk about and understand your feelings and experiences. We can offer you a short or long-term therapeutic relationship where the focus is on you and your needs.
We know that it can be daunting to find a therapist and start your counselling journey. We also understand that it's important that you feel accepted, supported and safe with your therapist. Please feel welcome to contact us and we'll be happy to have a chat with you and help you to decide if we offer what you need.
