My goal is to offer exploratory but compassionate therapy to heal you from the inside out. I have a wealth of counselling experience in different settings, using both short term and long term models.
My integrative training enables me to use a holistic and wide-reaching approach that tailors the therapy to each client and finds the best path to help you feel more in control of your own feelings, and with a better ability to cope. Sometimes this can feel difficult and painful so we will work together at a pace, and period of time, that feels right to you.
