I offer sessions from a private countryside setting in Beeston, near King’s Lynn, as well as online and telephone appointments. I work with adults, children, and young people, offering both short and longer-term therapy depending on individual needs.
My approach is relational, supportive, and practical. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more able to manage the emotional challenges they are facing.
