I trained with Matrix School of Counselling and Psychotherapy, although I am integrative which means I work with a variety of methods to assist clients I lean towards a Humanistic/Psychodynamic approach when working with clients. I like to explore relationships, childhood experiences and working in the moment to create an understanding of a clients situ.
