Hello, I'm Becky and I support young people (aged 12+) and adults to talk about their problems. Are you struggling with the pressures of daily life? Do you feel exhausted all the time or lack motivation? Are you a concerned parent looking for support for your child? Are they experiencing issues with school or with friends?
I am here to listen to you, or your child, in a relaxed and calm space, where you can talk about what you're experiencing without judgement.
A young person will be enabled to speak about what they're going through in a confidential space. We can use games and crafts while we talk, helping us to get to know each other. I have over 20 years of experience in working with young people in school settings and youth clubs, and for two years I have been counselling for a young person’s charity.
It can be hard to say how you feel, so I understand making contact can feel overwhelming. I offer a free 15-minute call where we can explore what your needs are, you can learn more about how I work and see if I’m the right fit for you. I provide in-person sessions at three locations in Central Bedfordshire or we can use online platforms.
