My practice attends to all aspects of self, therefore I consider the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parts that make us who we are, stepping into your true authentic self.
As a Relational Integrative Psychotherapist, I utilise multiple approaches that benefit the relationship. I consider early attachment, how the past impacts the present, and old patterns that may keep us stuck. Working collaboratively to reach your goals, our work can be short, mid, or long term depending on your needs.
