Welcome, I am an Integrative psychotherapist and I work with young people aged 11+ and adults offering a relational and developmental approach. My aim is to offer a warm, authentic and non-judgemental space where you can begin to make sense of your feelings and the impact of your life experiences. Our sessions are guided by what feels important to you, working collaboratively towards growth and change. I value working with the whole person, understanding the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual parts that make us who we are. Each part of you deserves to be seen, valued and accepted just as you are.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I adapt my approach to suit your unique individual needs. I can support you to explore present issues and/or past experiences that are impacting you today, unpacking this in a space where you feel heard, accepted and understood. Recognising relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck and developing new ways of coping.
