During the sessions, I will listen to you and what has brought you to therapy. We can discuss what you'd like to explore further and look at symptoms and behaviours. We may look at current situations or there may be things in the past that influence your behaviour patterns.
We can all experience uncomfortable emotions at times and feel like we're too overwhelmed or there is something from the past you'd like to explore further. Whatever the reason, do contact me and we can take it from there.
