Welcome. What has brought you here today? Maybe you are experiencing difficulties with anxiety, depression or stress, perhaps you simply have a sense of life not being quite as you would like it to be. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling I am hopeful I can help you find a way through the difficulties you are experiencing. I offer each and every one of my clients a safe space. It is my hope that from this place of safety you will feel able to explore your challenges, identify the ways in which you can support yourself and make the changes, whether internal or external, that will enable you to live your best life.
As an integrative practitioner I am influenced by a variety of therapeutic approaches, working this way enables me to blend different theories and techniques to create a ‘tailor made’ approach for each individual. I have a particular interest and experience (personal and professional) in working with neurodiverse (Autism, ADHD) people and their families.
