I take a flexible, personalised approach, combining EMDR, NLP, hypno-psychotherapy, mindfulness, and sex-positive, trauma-informed strategies. Using a holistic framework with Polyvagal and Attachment theories, I help individuals and couples explore self-discovery, heal emotionally, and navigate relationships with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
