I like to work flexibly and incorporate elements of different approaches, which means that you are more likely to receive a service that is tailored to your needs. These approaches include attachment & psychodynamic approaches, eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
I have experience of working with individuals with a wide variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, panic disorder, bereavement, low self-esteem, anger, personality issues and relationship difficulties.
