As, primarily, a Person-Centred therapist, I understand that each person and counselling relationship is unique. With presence and genuineness, I strive to attune to each individual, wherever they may be in that moment. My professional training and experience serves to support and illuminate the journey we embark on, side by side, and enables me to respond with sensitivity to you as a whole person. Person-Centred Therapy trusts that each person innately possesses the capacity for fulfilment and authenticity when met with the safe yet challenging environment in which to explore and grow.
In a previous role, I co-facilitated CBT groupwork programmes. All of my professional - and, indeed, personal - experiences have contributed to who I am and how I work today. I am warm, respectful, non-judgemental, and honest, and it is paramount to me that I can provide a space where you may find empathy, peace, and growth.
I understand it takes real courage to come to counselling, to step into our sensitive inner world with another.
