I specialise in supporting, survivors of domestic abuse (including emotional, physical, and coercive control), People experiencing low self-esteem, self-doubt, and difficulty trusting themselves and Female empowerment: building self-worth, confidence, and self-love but work with whatever your reasons for coming to therapy, as they are as unique as you are.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation (by phone) so you can ask any questions, discuss what you're looking for, and decide if you feel comfortable working together.
