Life can feel tough and challenging at times for many different reasons. When we are struggling with something difficult we can often feel unhappy and confused.
Whatever your reason for accessing therapy as a person centred therapist, I believe every individual possesses the strength to overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.
I provide a safe space with kindness and compassion. A space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings and support you to bring about the change you want by helping you to find ways of placing placing yourself back in control and feel happier again.
While I possess extensive training in counselling, it is my lived experience that I consider most valuable. From a young age I've experienced issues with anxiety and depression. It wasn't until way into adulthood and the help of a therapist that I realised how much it was plaguing my life. I will value your experiences and help you get what you want.
If this sounds like something that could be helpful for you, please reach out for a free introductory call, where I can begin to hear about what it is you're hoping to get from counselling and whether I am the right therapist for you.
