There can be times in life where things can feel overwhelming and challenging and it may be hard to reach out for the help and support that you deserve and that feels right for you. Reaching out for help and support is always a sign of strength and never weakness. During these challenging times, I am offering low cost counselling and psychotherapy which can be made available immediately for you through telephone, and online with me, through Teams, Zoom, Skype and WhatsApp.
Choosing someone who you're comfortable with and you can trust is not always be easy. I’ve tried to remove this pressure by offering a free consultation so that we can explore together what counselling would mean to you and how to help you feel comfortable. I have a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology with extensive emotional wellbeing experience.
However you are feeling right now, I’d like to be there to support you, it is my belief that nobody should ever feel alone and I like to offer a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a very accepting and nurturing way.
