Hi, I am a Psychologist, Psychotherapist and a Mindfulness teacher. My training is based in Mindfulness and this could offer you a way to connect with yourself more fully and to develop practical skills for self-listening. This can be helpful if you find yourself disconnected from your feelings or having difficulties in understanding, communicating and/or relating with others.
My work aims to build a safe and confidential space where you can bring all aspects of yourself without fear of criticism or judgment. I work with people who experience anxiety and/or low mood; I also work with individuals having difficulty in their relationships due to experiences in the past (traumatic relationships or challenging childhood experiences).
I am fluent in English and Spanish and I often work with Spanish speaking clients who prefer to be heard and supported in their native language. I also work with people from diverse cultures who feel that I can relate more easily to the challenges of adjusting to life in a different country and understands the subtleties of navigating cultural codes.
