Choosing a counsellor can feel like a big step. I offer a warm, flexible approach shaped around what works for you. As a pluralistic counsellor, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy and also offer creative counselling for those who find talking alone isn’t always enough. I provide Animal and Equine Assisted Therapy and have a background in psychology, specialising in autism, ADHD, aphantasia, Tourette’s, and anxiety-based school refusal. I work with adults, couples, and children aged 9+, offering sessions in my home therapy room or online.

Coming from a background in psychology and working with Neurodivergence I have a strong understanding of the ways in which neuro differences can impact on us. I offer counselling that adapts to your needs, be that by exploring creatively, being outdoors, focusing on talking or taking a more directive route.
