I offer talking therapy from a Humanistic perspective and also sandplay therapy. Using the sand and figures within the sand tray is a powerful therapeutic approach to express not only understanding of self, but the world, emotions and life events - anything can show up within the sand tray for you and we can explore this together.
When working together, you are at the centre of this process and I am beside you, assisting in helping you develop the skills necessary to not only manage what arises within the therapeutic space together but for overall well-being in your life.
