I believe that counselling is a powerful tool to discover hope, healing and overcome barriers. I seek to help people discover the best in themselves while overcoming any challenges they may be experiencing. I help them envision a better future for themselves and motivate them to take steps to make it happen.
Recognising the different lived realities we all face, and encompassing cultural sensitivity, my counselling approach is driven by building a trusting counselling relationship based on empathy and compassion.
