I am an experienced fully-insured Clinical Psychologist and Psychodynamic Counsellor, with 15 years of practice. I have worked in a variety of settings - higher education, community, healthcare and independently, both in the UK and in South America. My approach is based on the psychodynamic model (my primary influence), as well as existential-phenomenology and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT).
I believe that for therapy to be effective, we must have the most appropriate, invididual conversation, so you feel supported, find balance and move forward with life. My specialties involve anxiety, depression, loss, relationship and self-esteem issues, life transitions, culture, race, gender. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
