I’m a psychodynamic and person-centred counsellor based in Jesmond. I offer a calm, nurturing space to explore life challenges, deepen self-understanding, and make sense of past and present experiences so you can find your own way forward..

I support clients with challenges such as relationship and attachment difficulties. Low self-worth, shame and Complex PTSD. People pleasing, boundary setting, codependency and difficult childhood experiences. I've also helped clients with a range of other issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, and abuse.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and that’s completely okay. I aim to make it easier by offering a warm, supportive space where you can feel understood from the start.
