My name is Samantha, I offer professional counselling to you at those times of difficulty. Are you feeling low or stressed, anger, guilt, anxiety, depression or panic attacks? Do you feel numb or like you have switched off? You may not understand why you feel the way you do. As your counsellor I will listen closely to you and pick up on your feelings, thoughts and emotions. I will work with you to see the world from your perspective and offer insights that will help us both explore the issue(s) you want to work through. This will be done at a pace that is comfortable for you.
I work with a wide variety of issues, providing a comfortable, non-judgemental and safe space to help you achieve a better understanding of your problems so you can gain insight into how to move forward with more confidence. I will also offer you coping strategies which can help in your day to day life.
I provide long term and short term counselling with most people achieving their goals within an average of 10 sessions. My private practice in Deeping St Nicholas is within easy reach of Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping, Spalding and Peterborough with FREE off road parking so you don't have to worry about passing traffic damaging your car or parking fees.
