People seek out therapy for lots of different reasons. It can take time to feel safe enough or trust enough to talk openly. Sometimes there are not the words. I aim to establish a warm therapeutic relationship that offers a safe space for you to share and explore what has brought you to therapy at a pace that feels manageable to and for you. I aim to meet you where you are at so that you have the time and space to feel heard and met as you are. Together we can explore the challenges but also seek to identify and build on your strengths.
I offer short, medium and long term therapy to adults, young people and children as an Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Certified Play and Creative arts therapist. I can integrate creative, playful, somatic and expressive arts, such as art, sandtray, clay and imagery into my relational and developmental approach and offer this alongside talking.
My therapy space is situated within a private garden, and as such this offers opportunities for connection to nature.
