I work with PTSD and Trauma; relationship difficulties including narcissistic, emotional and physical abuse recovery; addictions - in particular sex, internet and gaming; anger and other regulation issues such as depression and anxiety. I like to help you work with your autonomy learning to trust yourself, ease the inner critic and stand up for what you need. I like working with life transitions such as needing to change jobs or parenthood. I have 20 years experience in private practice and like seeing my clients move through their difficulties to better times.
I bring together talking therapy, body-based work and shamanic practices to help you release stress, regulate emotions and get to the root of your difficulties. We have trauma-focused sessions to move through personal and ancestral patterns supporting you in a crisis moment and on a longer healing journey. I work online and hybrid.
