I approach my work with sincere care, empathy and without judgement.My goal is to empower families, couples and individuals to overcome challenges, gain insight and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.I provide a safe space for self-exploration, facilitating personal growth and developing coping strategies. Many neurodiverse clients come to me for support with challenges such as anxiety, OCD, trauma, chronic pain, difficulties with focus and organisation, sensory sensitivities or struggles in relationships and self-esteem. My passion is to assist you in a warm, nurturing environment as you address challenging and distressing issues.
Individual, Couple, Family therapist (working with parents and children) and Clinical supervisor. Referrals from Social services, Courts, Self-referrals accepted. Psychotherapist with a background in economics and management. I understand the stresses of working to deadlines, managing other people's expectations and holding responsibility at a high level.
I have worked with NHS, private clinics, C.R.I. and child protection services which allows me to deeply understand stress, anxiety, depression, conflict, low self esteem, abuse, drug/alcohol dependency, trauma, self-harm, sexual issues as well as working with patients coming to terms with medical diagnosis. I also accept referrals from medical insurers.
