Do you often get overwhelmed with difficult emotions, thoughts or memories and find it hard to cope? Do you ever feel like not fitting in? I have then trained in evidence-based approaches like CBT to support people like you heal from painful life experiences, learn how to cope with their emotions and thoughts and feel more content within themselves. I am a native Italian psychologist and can also help clients who deal with difficulties related to being an expat.
My approach will help you reflect on the way you think and feel in response to certain life events and recognise how your past experiences may be affecting you in the present. Ultimately, I aim to help you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your difficulties with a view to feel more resilient, integrated and at peace with yourself.
