Counselling can help you to work through thoughts, feelings and/or behaviours that concern you. I am non judgemental, open and accepting of you as a person and will work with you to help you to improve your future. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist/counsellor with many years experience. As an integrative counsellor I draw from various theoretical approaches which enables me to adapt the therapy to fit each individual and their specific needs. My hours of work are Monday,Tuesday from 12 until 9pm and Friday afternoons, for Face to Face. Thursdays 12-9 and Friday mornings on Zoom(can be flexible).
I've many years of counselling experience whilst working in an agency setting supporting mental health. I have a lot of experience working with trauma, including childhood trauma, self harm and addiction. I am able to support people who have many different presenting issues.
I offer a free telephone consultation if you would like to discuss working together. I can offer face to face or Zoom counselling sessions for individuals and prefer to work face to face with couples or groups (including families)
