Thank you for considering my profile. My aim is to assist you with whatever dilemma or difficulty you are trying to deal with. I have over 20 years experience in ongoing and short term (1 - 12 sessions) work whereby we tailor the counselling to your particular needs. My fundamental training is to look at how past environment and experience has shaped your emotional thinking and responses. In addition, I know that problems can be current and immediate, needing a practical approach.
I offer weekly or fortnightly sessions of 45 minutes to be with you while we work to relieve your anxiety, depression, confusion, despair and sadness, to find acceptance and hope, as well as self-understanding. I am available for support, including support for carers and elders. Also, counsellors in training. Counselling can bring joy and humour.
