I am a first generation Londoner born and raised. I understand that finding somebody to talk to in a safe and confidential environment can be difficult and scary, many people do not have this & feel they are alone with their stresses. I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor and Psychosexual & Relationship trainee Therapist offering counselling and sex therapy for individuals or couples in the Kensington, London Bridge & Islington area or online. I am a fully insured and supervised member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and as such work within their Ethical Framework.
I see clients with common problems such as lack of desire, erectile difficulties, sexual pain and pornography. I have extensive experience working with anger, trauma, abuse and relationships, I believe that our early childhood relationships hold keys to how we navigate the world. I offer both short term and open ended therapy either face to face or virtual.
I believe it is important to be acknowledged and understood, so, at your pace, I can help you be more self-aware, to understand the feelings that play a big part in who you are and how you behave. I am warm, down to earth, professional, supportive, curious and gently challenging! I won’t just sit there and listen without engaging with you.

A weekly closed Men's counselling group, meaning that you will not be able to just drop into the group, it will run from 7.30pm to 9pm every week. This will be group therapy and I am there to facilitate the space. Topics of discussion will be decided by individuals in the group, such as: anxiety, relationship challenges, power dynamics, performance pressures, gendered expectations, repeated patterns at work or in life, uncertainty about themselves or anything else that they wish to work through in the group.
