Our therapists bring over 24 years’ experience supporting people with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. We work collaboratively within and alongside the NHS, private sector, local authorities, and education.
We have both male and female therapists available and offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss your needs.
We specialise in trauma therapy and also offer ADHD and Autism assessments, coaching, and psychotherapy.
In addition, we have a qualified counselling supervisor providing support for both student and qualified counsellors, and we offer mental health training for professionals and members of the public.
