Specialist child and adolescent psychotherapist with 25+ years of experience (CAMHS/private) . Trained at UCL/Anna Freud Centre and a Member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists and the British Psychotherapy Foundation. I work with young people (from toddlers to young adults up to 25yo) and their parents.
A therapeutic space will help young people understand their minds better and find more adaptable ways to manage and enjoy life.
With a specialist 4 year training focusing exclusively on Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy at the British Psychotherapy Foundation and an MSc from UCL on Child Development, my practice is evidence-based. My approach is psychoanalytic and my interventions are informed by attachment theory, trauma research and theory of mind.
