I have worked over 25 years with adults, adolescents, couples, and families who feel stuck in repeating emotional or relational patterns shaped by trauma, loss, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, or family conflict. Many struggle with relationships, identity, emotional regulation, or life transitions. Using an attachment based approach, informed by RECBT, systemic family therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and psychoanalytic thinking, I offer a consistent therapeutic relationship where clients build insight, process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and create healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
My passion is in empowering people to have a better insight into their own thinking patterns and to manage their behaviour so they can lead a healthier and thriving lives and relationships. My work combines Attachment based Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, , RECBT, and systemic family therapy to support insight, emotional regulation, and healthier relationships
Our challenges and difficulties in life has impacted on who we are today and we need to learn to process that to better understand ourselves.
