Hello my name is Pete and I am an integrative cognitive behavioural therapist and person centred therapist, with 8 years' experience in both of these forms of therapy. Therapy is about Change in one form or another. Be it externally focused such as changing your life circumstances, developing strategies to cope better with life, etc. Or be it internally focused such as overcoming negative experiences or self improvement, it's all about change.
