Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with. I offer a warm, friendly space where you don’t have to pretend or perform — a space where you can just be yourself.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. This is a space where you can share openly, sit with uncertainty, and be met with curiosity and compassion. Whether you're working through grief, navigating life’s challenges, or just needing a place to feel heard and seen — we can explore it together.

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, overthinking or emotional exhaustion start to take over. You may be coping on the outside while feeling stuck or disconnected inside. Sometimes the hardest part isn’t what happened, but carrying it alone for too long. Many people come to therapy feeling tired of being strong, confused by their emotions, or disconnected from themselves. I offer a quiet, thoughtful space to slow down and gently explore what’s beneath the surface—without pressure, labels or judgement...

I work with people who want to feel fully present in their lives, to reconnect with their bodies, their emotions, and their own sense of safety. My work is about helping people find their true selves again to reclaim suppressed parts of who they are, rediscover their voice, and move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.
I focus on supporting deep conscious healing, easing anxiety and overthinking, and helping clients navigate chronic stress or body-held tension. I also accompany individuals through deeper explorations, healing relational patterns, integrating past experiences, and reclaiming emotions.
