My name is Oluwabukola Ruth Aina, and I am qualified therapeutic counsellor, an accredited member of National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I believe that being truly heard can be one of the most powerful and healing experiences a person can have. In a world where many people feel the need to hide their struggles, I offers a space where you can be open, honest, and accepted without judgement. Providing a calm and compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions safely and at your own pace.
I help individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional stress, low self-confidence, and relationship challenges. Through a compassionate and supportive therapeutic approach, I provide a safe space to explore what you’re going through, helping you develop insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater clarity and wellbeing.
