I offer a safe and confidential space and a therapeutic relationship to explore what's pushing you down or holding you back in life. I want to help you move forward from difficult experiences, and to gain more freedom, ease, and creativity in your life. As a BACP accredited eclectic therapist (mixed approaches) with a background in mental health and various psychological therapies, I hold a balance between different theories and therapeutic approaches in line with your specific needs. I have worked with lots of British clients including British South Asians / Pakistani's and India's because I share the same cultural background.
Where appropriate, we can integrate trauma work to help you process trauma and difficult experiences, within our therapeutic relationship. I work both short and long-term depending on your needs. I offer you space to talk, but rather than being a "blank screen" I offer an engaged presence, so we can figure out together what is going on for you.
It can be hard to decide on the right therapist.
