I am a Integrative Counsellor and have been practising since 2016. The approach I use means I work collaboratively, combining different therapeutic perspectives with the clients needs and experiences both past and present. The relationship between myself and a client will be one that is non judgemental, genuine, and a welcoming one, a space which is confidential and your voice can be heard and listened to. I have several years of experience of working with victims of domestic abuse, and hate crime. I offer a therapeutic space that is both sensitive and responsive to culture, religion, disability and sexuality.

I approach my work with flexibility and am able to respond to the distinct personal situation of each client, tailoring the work to their unique needs and preferences. I offer short and long term counselling, working on a number of issues: depression, anxiety,self-esteem, relationship difficulties, work stress, domestic abuse, stalking, bullying, bereavement.
I provide counselling in English and Bengali. I identify as being a British Bangladeshi Muslim female and offer culturally sensitive counselling. I offer face to face and online counselling. I am a registered member of BACP. I have completed Level 1&2 in Islamic Counselling and continuing studies in CBT and Mindfulness.
