Hello, I work with individuals and couples towards a more relational, intimate and fulfilling life. I believe that much of our suffering stems from how we relate to ourselves and to others. I work with relationship blocks, difficulties, and patterns. I help my clients navigate and process life transitions such as breakups, divorce, and challenging relationships; not only with romantic partners but also with family and work relationships. I take relationship struggles seriously, as they can lead to anxiety, depression and overall difficulties with emotional regulation.
I completed my psychotherapy training and master's degree at Regent's University London. After spending the first two years studying Integrative Psychotherapy, I specialised in Existential Psychotherapy in my final two years. I also trained with Terry Real in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) . I integrate Existential and Phenomenological thought with RLT.
As we walk this path together, my preference is to work face-to-face. However, when travel or other commitments arise, we can meet online to ensure continuity of therapy. Our sessions will be held weekly, on the same day and time, and will last 50 minutes.
