If you're Autistic, ADHD, both, or suspect you might be, you've probably spent years adapting to a world that wasn't designed for how you experience the world. I work specifically with neurodivergent adults who want a therapist who gets it without needing everything explained. I understand sensory sensitivities, executive function challenges, and the exhaustion of masking because my practice is built around these realities, not just aware of them. I offer a steady, open space to explore self-doubt, self-esteem, confidence, burnout, identity, and belonging. I work with Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults who are ready to engage with therapy, even when it's uncomfortable. You don't need to have everything figured out, just enough stability to show up and engage with what comes up in sessions.
I'm trained in Gestalt psychotherapy, trauma-informed approaches, and EMDR. I work best with people who have enough stability in their lives to engage with deeper therapeutic work. This doesn't mean you need to have everything sorted, but you do need some foundational support in place to navigate what can sometimes be a challenging process of change.
