Codependency Therapy Group

Sharing can be an incredibly healing and empowering experience. Group therapy can help to identify and work on unhealthy and destructive relational pattern that are causing reoccurring pain, both individually and within relationships. It allows individuals to develop self awareness by listening to others with similar issues and healing from internal traumas and shame. Groups are made of a min of 4-6 people.
