I am a Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) psychotherapist. I practice Transactional Analysis, a school of psychotherapy that was founded in the late 1950s by Eric Berne and is considered a fundamental therapy for well-being and for helping individuals reach their full potential in life through exploration of both present and past emotional states.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to enable us to work through your difficulties and equip you with the psychological tools to live the life you want and be happy with who you are.

Covid Support Group
Have you lost a friend or a loved one to Covid? Have you felt or do you feel lonely or isolated? Has covid changed your life in ways you struggle to cope with? Myself and my colleague Christine Martin (MBACP) offer a group run over 12 weeks (with the option to extend beyond this) where there will be time and space to reflect and support each other. Sessions will be face to face in Exeter city centre for over 18s.
