As an experienced integrative psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples, I am committed to creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns. If you're struggling with neurodiverse traits, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, trauma, or other challenges, I will work alongside you to build a strong therapeutic relationship and provide the support and understanding you need to move forward.
I have 4+ years of experience working with trainee counsellors and therapists, and welcome inquiries regarding their personal therapy hours.
I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent adults, particularly those on the autism spectrum. I work collaboratively with clients to identify how the characteristics of ASD may be impacting their day-to-day lives. I am passionate about offering the support by creating a therapeutic environment where they feel accepted, understood.
I also take private healthcare insurance referrals from companies including BUPA, AXA and Aviva.
